💡 Fees are typically paid entirely by custody partners through recruiting compensation. If that isn’t possible, we charge a flat $10k project fee.
RIA Launch Accelerator
Before you decide to go independent, you need clarity on the vision, the numbers, and the right partners. What we’ll do together:

Start-up cost modeling & vendor coordination
Custodian and vendor contract negotiations
HR setup (roles, comp, handbook, offer letters)
Technology alignment & onboarding

Fractional operations support to teach your team how to operate an RIA
Break-day coaching and post-launch operational consulting
Fees generally range from $50,000 to $150,000, depending on the scope of our work, and the size and complexity of your business.
💡 In most cases, our fees are eligible for payment by the custodian.
