Hiring Servicing Advisors

A Servicing Advisor is a critical support member of your team and the face of your client experience. We have to get the fit just right so we enable the practice’s expansion and the leadership’s success.
Our Fee Structure
For servicing advisors not expected to bring a book of business to your firm, we charge 20% of the expected first year’s salary. We also require exclusivity, which means that you don’t have any other contingent recruiters seeking out candidates for the role (this creates candidate confusion when two or more people are all seeking them for the same role). What you receive:

Adding Lead/Hunter Advisors
Many firms want to grow by adding lead or “hunter” advisors with an already established client base to their ranks. These may be W2 or 1099 advisors, and the clients may be “owned” by the firm or by the advisor, depending on the rep agreement.
We offer two flexible engagement models based on your firm’s recruitment needs. Regardless of the engagement model you choose, our goal remains the same: helping you build a stronger, more successful team.
